Cancellation policy
Cancellations should be received in writing by the Vet-Scan Lab via email to radiologia@vetscan.hu
- Cancellations received before or on 30th August, 2023: full refund
- Cancellations received after 30th August, 2023: no refund
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Course, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
In case the course cannot take place at the planned dates due to COVID restrictions (based on the actual rules in Hungary or / and in Germany), it will be postponed.
All participants will either receive full refund or transfer their paid fees to the next course in case the event is postponed.
